Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal.
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship camping gear merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect 1-3 days once order has been received, for order to ship. Order received after 3 PM on Friday will be processed Monday morning. Most of our order are shipped within 48 hours. Once item has shipped you will be issued a tracking number so you may track your shipment.
Shipping Methods.  Camping gear and camping tents merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. We ship to the lower 48 states. We do NOT ship outside the United States.
Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged camping gear or tent shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier to our camping gear or camping tents.
Manufacturers Defects. If camping gear or camping tent products appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department at info@campmorestore.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No camping gear or camping tents packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return camping gear merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to info@campmorestore.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RMA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No camping gear or tents packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Camping gear and camping tent products being returned must have a RMA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
·  Original packaging.
·  Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return for your camping gear or tent product is authorized by our return department you should:
  1. Return the camping gear or tent item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return camping gear or camping tents merchandise that does not reach our return department.
 
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on camping gear and camping tents shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective camping gear or tents products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Address Correction Fee. Occasionally, campmorestore.com will be billed for an address correction. UPS charges $5.00 (or $10.00 for express packages) if the address given by you is not exactly correct. This amount will be billed to you as needed.

If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
How we protect your privacy
We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
How can you stop receiving email from us?
